Fantastic amenities and helpful staff

I had a lovely stay in a Premium Double Room with an outdoor Jacuzzi. The best part was enjoying the live music in the courtyard which added a fun atmosphere every night. The breakfast was impressive with options like freshly baked croissants and made-to-order pancakes. However, I found the parking situation a bit challenging due to limited space.

The location of Neptuno Hotel & Spa 4 Sup is fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for a beach vacation. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. My room was lovely, featuring a cozy corner with a comfortable bed and a great view of the surroundings.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the beach and nearby shopping. The breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly squeezed juice which was a highlight. The cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out, making for a pleasant environment. However, the dining options could use some improvement in quality, and the room lacked sufficient natural light, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, limited parking spaces created some inconvenience during our stay.

Had a fab time at this place! Super close to the beach and shops. Room was big, comfy beds, and air conditioning worked like a charm. Breakfast was really amazing – churros and jamon serrano were my fave. Only downside was that it got a bit noisy at night with the entertainment on. Overall, a solid choice!

The Junior Suite was super comfy with lots of pillows and even a pillow menu! I loved the big balcony, perfect for chilling out. The room felt clean and fresh. Plus, that indoor jacuzzi was a nice touch. Only downside was that it didn't have enough outdoor space to really enjoy the view. It was a bit noisy during meals since the pool was near the dining area. But overall, a solid stay!

The relaxation at the spa was very nice. I indulged in a full-body massage that melted all my stress away. Dining was a treat with unique offerings like made-to-order pancakes and themed dinners that showcased local flavors. The large balcony with a jacuzzi was the perfect spot for unwinding while soaking in the views.

I had an amazing time enjoying the cozy indoor jacuzzi and lounging on the spacious balcony. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and I loved the live music in the courtyard, which really added charm to my evenings. The only small downside was that the parking garage felt a bit cramped, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊
